US Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping is free on all orders within the continental United States for orders over $49. Express shipping is available at checkout for additional fees.
International Shipping Policy

Processing
We offer Same Day Processing & Shipping for orders placed on Monday through Friday by 1PM EST. Please review the information below:
Weekday Orders (Monday-Friday)
- Orders placed by 1PM EST will be processed and shipped same business day.
Weekend Orders (Friday after 1PM- Sunday)
- Orders placed during the weekend after Friday 1PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. (Ex, orders placed on Friday 4PM will be processed and sent the following Monday)
** Please note that this shipping time does not include additional wait time for pre-order products, which is listed on the product description pages.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Express shipping is available on all domestic orders for an additional charge. Please check the shipping fees at the Checkout page.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@kimsbeauty.co or start the return process in the customer account portal, accessed at account.kimsbeauty.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
